Snowfall warning for
Prince George continued
20 to 40 cm total snowfall by Thursday morning.
This is a warning that significant snowfall is expected or occurring in these regions. Monitor weather conditions..listen for updated statements.
An intense frontal system from the Gulf Of Alaska is riding over a cold Arctic airmass and has spread snow over central and Northern BC Interior. Snow at times heavy is expected to continue through Thursday over portions of the Central Interior and the BC Peace River region. Total snowfall accumulations with this storm are forecast to generally be in the 20 to 30 cm range although as much as 40 cm is possible in the Williston and McGregor region.
And there was already close to 20cm on the ground. So after shoveling and doing cleanup after the Blower man had been out we decided to go visit a few dog buddies for some fun. The drive was interesting but at least everyone lives close.
